Our kiosk product is designed to meet industrial usage needs. It can be used in many areas such as centralized control systems, ATM points, and public spaces as a central payment terminal for transactions.
The material is manufactured from 1.5mm DKP sheet metal with galvanized coating and electrostatic paint. Color and raw material options are customizable upon user request. Price differences may apply for changes in raw material. The screen mounting cover on the front panel of the kiosk is made of ABS material. The design is proprietary and not subject to modification. The grill located on the front of the middle cover is designed for an information slip, and a sheet metal plate above the grill is provided for printer mounting. There is a dedicated hole for antenna installation on the kiosk; however, this can be removed if not required. The base plate is 2mm thick and includes slots and fixed holes for mounting. The product is assembled using a fully mechanical system, without welding. For grounding, welded rivets are present on the parts. The middle cover is removable, allowing access to both the lower and upper sections inside the kiosk for maintenance or installation.
The ABS cover includes a 52cm x 32.5cm frame for screen mounting, a POS device slot, two areas for labels and information, and a compartment for a lighting fixture. The inside of the cover is reinforced with a frame to enhance durability and facilitate screen installation.
Our product, “Kiosk – Check Point,” is designed for general-purpose use and durability. It is suitable for outdoor use and complies with IP54 standards.
